Mobility Partnership Facility Action “Support for the Moldovan Call Centre for Migrants”
The Action was funded by the (ICMPD) and the European Commission. It was designed to support the Moldovan Bureau of Migration and Asylum (BMA) by addressing the operational needs of its Call Centre for Migrants. The Action involved e.g. an assessment of the material and human resources available, the training of BMA staff members, the provision of bespoke software for the Call Centre and the drafting of the Call Centre Regulation.
Duration: 4 April 2018 – 3 January 2019.
