It is with great satisfaction that is announced the second issue of the Human Rights Yearbook, which is available in open access through the following link.

As in the previous volume, this is a thematic issue, and this edition of the Yearbook is dedicated to Human Rights and New Technologies. With the assistance of a rigorous double blind peer review process that allows us to maintain a high scientific standard, a set of innovative articles are published, which will certainly produce great interest on the part of our readers.
