As in the previous volume, this is a thematic issue, and this edition of the Yearbook is dedicated to Human Rights and New Technologies. With the assistance of a rigorous double blind peer review process that allows us to maintain a high scientific standard, a set of innovative articles are published, which will certainly produce great interest on the part of our readers.
The volume was edited by Anabela Susana de Sousa Gonçalves and includes chapters by Maira de Souza Almeida, Marco Carvalho Gonçalves, Maria João Lourenço, Pedro Dias Venâncio, Teresa Coelho Moreira and Tiago Branco da Costa.
