What Says the Portuguese Civil Law?
This project consists in the organisation of monthly sessions of informal conversations open to all those interested, devoted to a range of topics within Portuguese Civil Law. The sessions take place once a month, on Saturday mornings, at the Lúcio Craveiro Library in Braga, and are intended to convey legal knowledge to laypersons and to the wider community in a manner that is readily accessible, yet grounded in rigorous legal reasoning. Each meeting begins from a key question, which serves as the starting point for reflection and dialogue, drawing on the contributions of legal scholars affiliated with JusGov. At the end of each year, all the matters addressed are systematised in an electronic yearbook, which is made available entirely free of charge to the public.
