What Says the Portuguese Civil Law?
This project will consist in the organisation of monthly sessions of informal conversations open to all those interested, devoted to a range of topics within Portuguese Civil Law. The sessions will take place once a month, on Saturday mornings, at the Lúcio Craveiro Library in Braga, and are intended to convey legal knowledge to laypersons and to the wider community in a manner that is readily accessible, yet grounded in rigorous legal reasoning. Each meeting will begin from a key question, which will serve as the starting point for reflection and dialogue, drawing on the contributions of legal scholars affiliated with JusGov. At the end of each year, all the matters addressed will be systematised in an electronic yearbook, which will be made available entirely free of charge to the public.
