The e-book that are now being published gathers contributions by speakers at the homonymous workshop that took place on October 11, 2019, at the EDUM Auditorium. The initiative aimed to bring together the research carried out by professors of the MDUE, as well as to stimulate the creative debate among invited researchers who contributed to the history of the master programme, especially those from the Postgraduate Law Program (PPGD) of the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI, Brazil) with which the MDUE maintains its oldest partnership and a fruitful twofold degree programme.
