AIMS
To update and to train students, members and servants of the Judicial Magistracy and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Lawyers, Police, Auditors and servers of the Fiscal System, on the fundamentals and techniques of mediation and other procedures for consensual resolution of conflicts, controversies and problems, taking into account the international experiences of the participating countries, the principles enshrined in CR/1988 (Brazil), with the analysis of national legislation and debates in light of foreign doctrines.
To study the different techniques of Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation, Restorative Practices and Compliance.
To analyse mediation in the criminal area and to study criminal law, with an emphasis on agreements in the criminal area, especially on award-winning collaboration.
To discuss the procedural business.
To discuss issues raised in light of concrete cases.
To enable the understanding of the use of institutes such as compliance, award-winning collaboration, procedural negotiation, mediation, etc., and to find ways to solve conflicts and problems with the least time-wasting and economic wear.
