The questions related to collaborative economy are increasingly current, as these activities have a growing social, economic, political and legal impact. Recognizing the importance of collaborative economy activities, as enhancers of economic growth and social well-being, Jus-Gov carried out a research project, in which the phenomenon of collaborative economy was discussed. This project resulted in the collective work published by Editora UMinho in partnership with Jus-Gov and which can be consulted at the following link: https://editora.uminho.pt/pt/Novidades/Paginas/detalhe.aspx?id=247
Considering that it was just a first step and it is important to continue to reflect on the possible need to create and/or change regulation, a seminar will be held on 18 of May, aimed at ensuring the monitoring of these issues, aimed at all jurists.
