We are honoured to extend to you the invitation to the 3rd edition of the Cycle of Workshops 2023 – “Current Issues of Justice: dialogues between Brazil and Europe” promoted by the National School for Training and Improvement of Judges (ENFAM) and the Law School of the University of Minho (EDUM). The theme of this third edition will be “Freedom of Expression, Judges and Social Networks” and will be held on 18 May, from 10am to 11.40am, Brasilia time, and from 2pm to 3.40pm, Portugal time.

The guest speakers will be the Judge President of the Court of Appeal of Porto and President of the International Union of Magistrates (Master and Judiciary at the School of Law of the University of Minho), José Igreja Matos, besides the Judge of Law of the TJDFT and former Vice-President of AMAGIS-DF (Master and PhD in Law at IDP – Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research, Luiz Otávio Rezende de Freitas.
The moderation and final comments will be in charge of professors: Fabrício Castagna Lunardi (ENFAM); Alessandra Silveira; and Carlos Abreu Amorim (JUSGOV-EDUM).
