The Superior Council of the Judiciary and JusGov are holding an international conference on “International Child Abduction – Situations of serious risk of return” on 3 November. The challenges posed by the current legal regime on international child abduction will be analysed and debated, especially the impact of situations of serious risk of return on the decision to return the child to their country of habitual residence. Aimed at judges, lawyers, jurists and students, this will be an opportunity to debate some of the key aspects of international child abduction with renowned national and international experts.
