DESCRIPTION:The Superior Council of the Judiciary and JusGov are holding an international conference on “International Child Abduction – Situations of serious risk of return” on 3 November. The challenges posed by the current legal regime on international child abduction will be analysed and debated\, especially the impact of situations of serious risk of return on the decision to return the child to their country of habitual residence.
