The School of Law of the University of Minho and CEJUR – Center for Legal Studies of Minho co-organize a course that will deal with the essential aspects to be taken into account for the examinations of access to the Administrative and Tax Courts.
This course will be specially designed for the preparation of these exams, taking into account the specific needs of the trainees, namely the orientation in the organization of the study, the delimitation and selection of the fundamental aspects in each theme, the approach of the subjects with special incidence in the jurisprudential analysis. But it will also be an opportunity for the deepening of administrative and tax justice matters for the legal community in general.
The course will count on the collaboration of highly experienced Teachers and Magistrates and Lawyers.
The Course will be held at the Law School of the University of Minho, in Braga, and will begin on November 7, after work hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
