The III Workshop of the Digital Death: Personal and Property Issues Project will be dedicated to the theme “Personality Rights: The Protection of Personality Post-Mortem”, with the aim of debating and reflecting on the post-mortem protection of personality rights in the era of digital death. In a discussion at the crossroads between Law and Theology, we will try to discover the extent to which the traditional post-mortem protection of personality rights – both from a national and international perspective – is challenged and called into question in the digital context.
