DESCRIPTION:The III Workshop of the Digital Death: Personal and Property Issues Project will be dedicated to the theme “Personality Rights: The Protection of Personality Post-Mortem”\, with the aim of debating and reflecting on the post-mortem protection of personality rights in the era of digital death.
