Legislative solutions, the interpretation of rules and legal thinking in general, despite the technical and practical dimension that underlies them, are strongly ideologically compromised and far from neutral from that point of view. It is therefore important to identify and debate these orientations, bringing them into the light of day, above all because of the impact they have on social life and the way they will condition the future practice of law. This is the theme we propose to analyse in the context of some of the various branches of law.
