We are honoured to invite you to the 5th edition of the 2023 Cycle of Workshops – “Current Issues in Justice: Dialogues between Brazil and Europe” promoted by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (ENFAM) and the University of Minho Law School (EDUM). The theme of this fifth edition will be “The Effectiveness of Administrative Justice: Challenges, Innovations and Proposals” and will take place on 13 October from 3pm to 5pm Brasília time and from 7pm to 9pm Portugal time.

The guest speakers will be Carlos Luís Medeiros de Carvalho [Counsellor Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court (STA), currently Judge of the Constitutional Court of Portugal], as well as Marco Bruno Miranda Clementino (Federal Judge at the Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region, Brazil; Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte).

Professors Fabrício Castagna Lunardi (ENFAM); Alessandra Silveira and Carlos Abreu Amorim (JUSGOV-EDUM) will moderate and provide closing comments.
