The 2nd Workshop of the Digital Death: Personal and Heritage Issues Project will be dedicated to the theme “Digital heritage in the inheritance relationship”, in an attempt to understand how the hereditary collection is composed in the digital context. In a discussion at the crossroads between law and psychology, we will try to uncover the importance that certain elements, which are usually not subject to inheritance in the legal world, may have in the mourning and inheritance processes, and how the law deals with them.
