The phenomena of globalization, mass migration and neoliberalism brings important reflections under the sign of the protection of human rights, accountability, multicultural dialogue and inclusion, in an Ethical and Legal double dimension.

This is the motto for the Workshop Challenges of Law in the 21st century, stimulated by teachers and researchers from the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP (São Paulo, Brazil), State University of Santa Cruz – UESC (Ilhéus, Bahia, Brazil) and Law School of the University of Minho (EDUM), on May 21^st, from 10 am, in the Research Room of the Law School of the University of Minho, Braga.

The main lecture will be given by Professor Paulo Borba Casella (USP, Brazil).

Target public: teachers, researchers, doctoral students and masters.
