In the week that Decree-Law no. 47/2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the digital single market was approved, we will analyse the transposition of the discussed article 17 of that Directive, with Prof. Tito Rendas (Catholic University Law School – Lisbon School), reputed expert in the field.
