The “Simulated Family Mediation” initiative seeks to provide final-year undergraduate Law students with a practical perspective on family law disputes.

These simulation activities, developed over recent years within the Family and Succession Law course unit, have enabled students to engage directly with the various challenges arising in the context of family conflicts. In this regard, it is also important to simulate a family mediation session, illustrating the benefits that this alternative dispute resolution mechanism can offer in addressing such matters
