The fourth edition of SIECO — International Seminar on Corruption Studies — is devoted to “Corporate and Economic Crime: Issues of Attribution and the Right of Defence”, bringing together specialists, scholars, and legal practitioners to debate contemporary challenges in the criminal liability of companies and their agents. The event seeks to foster a thorough reflection on the limits of attribution, procedural safeguards, and the balance between the effectiveness of justice and the protection of fundamental rights.
