Coordinated by Isabel Celeste Fonseca and Artur Flamínio da Silva, and with the support of JusGov-EDUM and Ratio Legis-UAL, the Autumn edition of PUBLIC LAW, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION: DISRUPTIVE (DIS)COURSES will be held on 27 November 2023.

As part of the Methodology and Science of Administrative Law course of the PhD programme, this second edition of the Disruptive (Dis)Courses in Public Law will focus on the impact of Information and Communication Technologies on Public Administration, on the exercise of Administrative Power, on the Sources of Administrative Law and on the respective scrutiny and study by the Science of Administrative Law.

The topics covered will be Digital Public Governance, Artificial Intelligence, Circular Data Economy, Personal Data Protection, Public Data Governance in Health, Transparency and Fundamental Rights in the Digital Age.
Naturally, everyone is invited to take part in this workshop, which will take place between 10am and 5pm in room 2.01 of the ED, and to join the distinguished speakers and PhD students.
