On 24 October, at 5:00 p.m., the book Multi-Level Socially-Oriented Administrative Law – (Re)Discussing the Local Sphere, authored by Ricardo Hermany and Betieli Machado, will be presented in the Lecture Hall (Sala de Atos) of the School of Law of the University of Minho.

This work makes a valuable contribution to the Legal Sciences in general and the Public Legal Sciences in particular. With a focus on the interplay between State and Society, it addresses issues such as the State crisis, the relevance of the Constitution, the growth of democracy, and the local sphere of the public domain as a key platform for participatory democracy.
