Next Friday, April 12, at 5 p.m., an Open Class on “Financial Markets: Function and Operation” will be given as part of the Securities UC of the Master’s Degree in Contract and Company Law.
This class, given by two renowned lecturers from UM’s School of Economics and Management, Professors Benilde Oliveira and Cristiana Maria Silva Cerqueira Leal, will offer an analysis of an essential topic for understanding the legal regime of securities.

The lecture will take place in room 0.01 of the School of Law.
