New technologies are increasingly influencing the means of alternative dispute resolution, which can be carried out – fully or partially – online. In their original version, they are called ODR – Online Dispute Resolution methods.

The current situation, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, has made this issue even more pressing, justifying a comprehensive reflection on this matter, through the different means of ADR and the various branches of law.
