On May 21, the first session of the Cycle of Decentralized Talks on Data Protection will take place, which will be dedicated to the European health data area.
This first European data space promises to facilitate people’s access to health data, increase research potential and ensure interoperability. So, on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of the implementation of the GDPR and the recent entry into force of the European Health Data Area Regulation, we will try to reflect on the potential and risks that this first European data area brings in terms of data protection.
Join us to discuss the new data protection challenges and risks posed by this new legal framework.
