The Research Centre for Justice and Governance of the School of Law of University of Minho – JusGov and the NOVA Knowledge Centre on Intellectual Property & Sustainable Innovation (NOVA IPSI) of the Faculty of Law of Nova University of Lisbon will hold a scientific event entitled “Copyright: the announced legislative developments” at the School of Law of Minho University on April 26, in celebration of the World Intellectual Property Day. The event will bring together renowned Portuguese experts in this area and will feature as keynote speaker Professor Eleonora Rosati, from the University of Stockholm and author of the book Copyright in the Digital Single Market – Article-by-Article Commentary to the Provisions of Directive 2019/790 (Oxford University Press, 2021). It is aimed at law students (undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral), lawyers, and judges, and participation is free, although prior registration is required. Further information:
