As part of the commemoration of the European Day to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings, an open lecture will be held on the subject of “The prevention and repression of Trafficking in Human Beings, especially for the purpose of labor exploitation in the agricultural sector”, with the intervention of Emanuel Carvalho, a lecturer at the Autonomous University of Lisbon.
This open class will present the project Flee-Asset – Fighting labor Exploitation Through Education – Agricultural Sector Specialist Training, an initiative by Andreia Sofia Oliveira, Margarida Santos, Marlene Matos and Teresa Coelho Moreira.
The class will take place on October 18, in Building 2, Room 1.11, from 14h00 to 17h00.
