The Call for Papers for the E-Tec Yearbook 2026 is now open. The publication is promoted by our Research Group E.Tec – State, Enterprise and Technology, coordinated by Sónia Moreira.
The call invites original contributions addressing legal issues arising from technological innovation, within E.Tec’s core thematic axes, including Industry 4.0, Space Law and Policy, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, emerging disruptive fields of law, and public and corporate governance.
The Yearbook is a digital, open-access publication, and all submissions will be subject to double anonymous peer review, ensuring academic rigour and interdisciplinary dialogue.
The opening of this call reflects JusGov’s ongoing commitment to fostering scholarly networks and publications at the intersection of law, technology, and governance, as well as to supporting critical legal research that engages with the structural transformations shaping contemporary public and private institutions.
By the 28th of February 2026, all those who are interested ought to indicate the provisional title of the respective text by e-mail (esms@direito.uminho.pt).
