With a view to marking and debating the 50th anniversary of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic in the 40th year of Portugal’s accession to the European Union, the Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov) and the Jean Monnet European Network on Digitalization and E-governance (ENDE) are organising the Colloquium 50/40. The discussion will focus on the constitutional and legal developments prompted by the digital transition (in particular) and by European integration (more broadly).
