The Municipality of Braga promotes the Municipal Week of the Equality, from the 17th until the 24th October 2018.
This initiative supports awareness-raising activities on combating trafficking in human beings and exploitation of labour, combating and preventing domestic violence and promoting gender equality, and raising consciousness to the need of more inclusive practices.
On October 24th a Round Table will be held on the topic of “Gender Equality”, at the Lúcio Craveiro da Silva Library, from 2.30 p.m. This event will be chaired by the JusGov’s Director, Patrícia Jerónimo, and will have as speakers the JusGov’s researchers Sónia Moreira, Teresa Moreira, Margarida Santos and Miriam Rocha.
