Let’s talk (about) Law?

The “Quid Juris Podcast” was created with the purpose of discussing old and uncover new challenges for the legal world, contributing to the development of new lines of scientific research.

This is a project of the Research School of JusGov – Research Center for Justice and Governance, of the Law School of the University of Minho, in which, periodically, a personality with an outstanding professional career is invited to open the discussion on important issues in the legal world.

The “Decent Work Agenda” is the starting point of the conversation that we establish in this episode with Professor João Leal Amado, in order to unveil the novelties that are announced for the world of work. The introduction, the use and the significant advance of technology in the labour sector, digitalisation, new ways of organising work and working times are some of the ingredients that feed the discussion.

Professor João Leal Amado is a renowned “historian of contractual relations in higher education institutions”, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, the institution where he completed his degree, master’s and doctorate in the area of labour law, and the author of numerous publications in the same legal area.

Watch all the interviews on Spotify, Google Podcasts or Castbox.
