Synopsis The present work, Notions of Criminal Procedure, translates the balance between the approach of all matters pertaining to the criminal process, with documented reference to other related legal diplomas, and a compatible dimension for teaching.
Without losing sight of the necessary conceptualization, it was decided to approach the matter by following sequentially all the articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure, referring to relevant jurisprudence and doctrine, leaving clues that could contribute to the possible deepening of the readers.
Obviously, the changes introduced by Law no. 26/2010 of 30 August were also taken into account.
