Synopsis Notions of Criminal Law conciliates the approach of all matters pertaining to the general part of criminal law with the inclusion of synoptic tables of analysis of its special part and documented references to other legal diplomas, with a compatible dimension for higher education. On the other hand, without losing sight of the necessary conceptualization, it was decided to approach the matter sequentially following the whole of the Criminal Code, but always keeping in mind the Constitution, with reference to relevant jurisprudence and doctrine, leaving also indications that can contribute to the possible deepening of the readership.
