E.TEC is publishing, in open access, its fifth Yearbook, this time under the theme: “Industry 4.0 – Legal Challenges”. As is already customary in the publications of E.Tec, once again texts are made available that reflect the multidisciplinary research developed by this group of the Research Centre in Justice and Governance of the Law School of the University of Minho (JusGov). The themes of this edition focus on issues ranging from the use of Scoring and Artificial Intelligence in consumer credit, Big Data and the protection of legal personality, civil liability problems in the context of Artificial Intelligence and the creation of an electronic legal personality, tax issues, Digital Government, etc.
