Synopsis This book aims first to serve as a script for those who start the study of Angola’s administrative litigation law. For this reason, it welcomes a simple systematization, dictated by the pedagogical aim.
However, this book aims to be useful to those who, in this context of economic and social changes, venture to read ordinary law in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Angola and the precepts that welcome the guarantees of citizens, included in the fundamental right of access courts and effective judicial protection.
The purpose of this book is to accompany all those who think and apply the ordinary law dynamically, seeking to achieve the effective and temporary resolution of typical legal administrative disputes between public authorities, individuals and economic operators, in a system an emerging economic power, such as Angola, in the 21st century.
