Synopsis Centre for Human Rights, Justice and Governance cooperating with the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, has published  “Constituição Anotada da República Democrática de Timor-Leste”.
This project was co-financed by the Portuguese Institute for Development Support (PIDS) and involved the collaboration of teachers and researchers from and out the School of Law of the University of Minho with knowledge and experience of Timorese reality, and magistrates of the courts of the Republic Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste.
The drafting as an instrument for interpreting the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, will meet the priority objective of Portuguese Cooperation in Timor-Leste: the Timorese justice sector.
