Postdoctoral Researcher at JusGov, Marta Santos Silva, will participate as a speaker in the session dedicated to sustainability at the Port Innovation Days, an event dedicated to innovation in ports and waterways. Her presentation will focus on the topic “Nudging for Good.” It will be based on the work she has been developing on ecological nudges, which includes preparation of the framework for the design and implementation of these “nudges,” currently underway under the auspices of the European Law Institute (ELI). Her contribution aims to promote the exchange of ideas on how alternative regulatory legal practices can drive ecological strategies in the port sector and beyond.
