Postdoctoral JusGov researcher Marta Santos Silva will participate as a speaker in the session dedicated to sustainability at Port Innovation Days, an event dedicated to innovation in ports and waterways. Her presentation will focus on the theme of ‘Nudging for Good’. It will be based on the work she has been doing on ecological nudges, which includes the preparation of the framework for the design and implementation of green nudges currently underway under the auspices of the European Law Institute (ELI). Her contribution is aimed at promoting the exchange of ideas on how alternative regulatory legal practices can boost green strategies in the ports sector and beyond.
