Workshop “Evaluation of the effectiveness of competition law from the point of view of judicial power” (in partnership with the Competition, Regulatory and Supervisory Court). On Friday, May 12, in the Investigators’ Room (2nd floor of the Law School of the University of Minho), the Center for Studies in Law of the European Union (CEDU) organized a workshop in partnership with the Tribunal da Competition, Regulation and Supervision entitled “The assessment of the effectiveness of competition law in the light of the jurisdictional power”. As guests external to CEDU, the activity counted on three of the judges of the Court, as well as the President of the Authority (Basque) of Competition and professors from the University of Santiago de Compostela and the University of Vigo.
