The Center for Studies in European Union Law (CEDU) organized a seminar (workshop format) under the theme “Constitutional Jurisdiction and Economic Interest” in partnership with PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and EPD (Escola Paulista de Right). The aforementioned reflection forum, held on September 12 and 13, 2017, promoted dialogue around the many issues related to the topic, namely those related to the legal regulation (self and hetero regulation) of economic and financial relations and its judicial appraisal – which includes the reform and improvement of economic systems (capitalism), a new valuation of labor, a new redistribution of wealth – in a context of inter-constitutionality.
