JusGov informs that Petrony Editora has just launched the volume Lei do Asilo – Anotada e Comentada coordinated by JusGov’s researcher A. Sofia Pinto Oliveira and Anabela Ferreira Alves e Russo, Judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal.
This publication presents itself as a reference regarding Asylum Law, which is commented and annotated.
Each article contains an interpretation of the standard and references to the most up-to-date jurisprudence of national courts and European and international bodies, as well as the most relevant doctrine and rules of international law, European law and Portuguese law.
Most collaborators wrote their texts within the framework of the research carried out under the scope of the curricular unit Migration and Refugees of the Master’s Degree in Human Rights at the School of Law of the University of Minho (EDUM). It is also worth mentioning that the volume’s edition was financially supported by EDUM.
