Among the contributors was Marta Santos Silva, Postdoctoral Researcher at JusGov. She participated in the Expert Group on New Technologies – Product Liability Formation, working alongside eminent European scholars in product liability. Their collective expertise shaped discussions over the past two years, resulting in a directive that reflects the evolving challenges of new technologies and sustainability.
