On 7 December 2022, Marta Santos Silva (Professor, University of Minho and Integrated Researcher at JusGov) chaired a High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) meeting on “Nudges as Enablers of Sustainable Living: Identifying their Potential and Legal Challenges” organised by the European Law Institute. The meeting served as an occasison to discuss nudges and their practical and ethical implications. Leading experts from academia and practice explored the topic and discussed the scope of a prospective ELI project in the field.
