The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships are part of the Horizon Europe programme.
Proposals must be jointly submitted by the candidate and the host institution represented, in the case of JusGov, by the person who will be supervising the project, who must be a PhD integrated researcher working in our Unit. The fellowships are designed to encourage the development of careers and skills (especially the acquisition of new skills) on the part of the candidates. Besides the objectives of the project, it is fundamental that the plan includes training activities that the candidates will undergo.
Scientific aspects of the projects are left up to the candidates and their supervisors, and all the research priorities of the JusGov community qualify for funding.
The fellowships cover housing, travelling, and other household expenses. Project-specific costs pertaining to the actual research, as well as overheads concerning the host institution, are also catered for.
The call for applications opens on April 23rd: https://marie-sklodowska-curie-actions.ec.europa.eu/calls/msca-postdoctoral-fellowships-2024
The deadline for submissions is the 11th of September 2024.
Should you require any assistance from JusGov, please get in touch with our Unit’s Secretariat in advance and no later than the end of July 2024 via jusgov@direito.uminho.pt.
This may be the first step for us to thrive together.
