JusGov’s researcher Fátima Pacheco, together with the Professor José de Campos Amorim (ISCAP), has just published the volume Manual de Direito Internacional: do Direito Clássico ao Contemporâneo [Manual of International Law: from Classic to Contemporary Law], edited by Almedina.

This publication – without exhausting itself in an indispensable approach to the Law of Treaties and its repercussions on the internal legal order – covers the most impacting domains of the contemporary international order, addressing the study of the various subjects of International Law, including the Law of the Sea, Humanitarian Law, International Human Rights Law and International Criminal Law, without forgetting a very brief presentation of the protection of fundamental rights under the European Union Law. This publication has – in essence – a didactic vocation, serving as a working tool for those dedicated to the study of this area of expertise.
