The Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP), together with the Centre for Legal and Economic Research (CIJE), will hold the Seminar “Us and Them – Alterity, Public Policies and Rights”, which will take place at FDUP Amphitheatre 1.28, on April 5th 2019.
This event is part of the CIJE/FDUP project “Vulnerability and Diversity: Fundamental Rights in Context – Axis: Minorities, Migrants and Refugees”.
Professor Patrícia Jerónimo, JusGov’s Director, and Ana Maria Rodrigues, JusGov’s junior researcher, were invited to participate in the seminar. Patrícia Jerónimo will give a presentation on religious and cultural diversity and Ana Maria Rodrigues will talk about the best interest of the migrant child and the State’s involvement in migration management.
