He is an assistant lecturer of International Law at the University of Raparin, Iraq.  He obtained his first law degree from the University of Sulaimaniya, Iraq in 2008 and LL.M. degree with honor from the Institute of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine in 2014. He has been a judiciary assistant for 2 years in Iraq. He is the author of numerous published articles in international law and Islamic law.  His research interest is the comparative study between International Law and Islamic law in the areas of humanitarian, human rights and criminal laws.
