Marciele Berger Bernardes


PhD student at the University of Minho-UM, in the area of ​​public law, CAPES scholarship, Master in Law at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Law, State and Society (2011). Graduated in Law from the Centro Universitário Franciscano-UNIFRA (2006). Specialization in Methodology of Higher Education-Avantis (2012). Member of the research groups: Interdisciplinary Center on Human Rights-CIIDH/UM; Electronic government, digital inclusion and knowledge society-Egov/UFSC; – Center for Studies and Research in Law and Internet – CEPEDI/UFSM. Acting in the areas of Public Policy, Open Government, Digital Democracy and Evaluation of Government Portals; review of scientific journals in the (inter) national field and as Academic Coordinator of the Project Indicators of the Brazilian Network of Intelligent and Human Cities.
