In October 2022, concluded the Master’s Degree in Law and Informatics at the University of Minho, School of Law, with an average grade of 18/20 and 19 in the Dissertation, argued by PhD Professor Filipa Urbano Calvão. Since 2019-2020, he has been a Non-PhD Integrated Researcher of the E.Tec. Department (State, Business and Technology), Research Centre in Justice and Governance (JusGov), in the same institution, and Collaborating Member of the Forum The European AI Alliance – FUTURIUM, Belgium. Between March and November 2020, was Fellow Visiting Research Student at the Synthetic Intelligence Laboratory (ISLab), Centro ALGORITMI, under the supervision and guidance of the PhD Associate Professor Cesar Analide. In 2017, took his Bachelor’s Law Degree from NOVA School of Law. Since that period, he has carried out and published several research articles, some or as many of which he co-authored, in the area of Artificial Intelligence Law and Personal Data Protection Law. In 2018, also attended, the Advanced Course on Artificial Intelligence & Law: Shaping the Future (PLMJ, Law Firm, Ltd.) and the second and fifth eds. of the Curso Breve de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (JurisNova), respectively. In 2009, he joined the team of the Trancoso School Robotics Club and participated in the Junior Search and Rescue (Line and Maze) competition at the 9th National Robotics Championship.
