Diogo Mário Castro Sampaio Azevedo

Degree in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (1980).

In 1998 he holds an MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto.

In 2002 he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto.

In 2012, he holds a PhD in Communication Sciences (Communication and Social Sciences) from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

He was a Fellow of the former JNICT and the French Government with the Fondation de L’Eau, Limoges, France (1987).

Director of a Municipal Water and Wastewater Services (1989/90).

Was a Technical Advisor at DSSOPT.

Member of the Macao Government Office of Public Works and Transport Service and Cooperator of ACCIA, High Commission against Corruption and Administrative Illegality of that territory (1991/93).

Research Assistant at Universidade Católica Portuguesa Porto Contributor to AICEP, Portugal (2000/02) Invited Professor of IPAM, Portuguese Institute of Marketing Administration (2003/06).

Prof. Auxiliary of the Lusíada University in V. N. de Famalicão (2013/14).

At the moment he is autarchic Superior Technician.
