Founding Partner of ALLEN Global Solutions. Graduated and Master in Law from Candido Mendes University. Candidate for Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Porto. After 10 years of advocacy, he served as Advisor to the Judging Body – Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, for 5 years. He held the position of Manager of the Intellectual Property Office of UERJ, having been linked as a Researcher at the Center for Technological Innovation at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (INOVUERJ).
He is currently a columnist for the Journal of the Portuguese Language Scientific Community – A Pátria, a member of the Portuguese Language Legal Community (CJLP), an honorary member of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB), a researcher at the Legal Center of the Innovation Observatory of the Institute of Studies Advanced at the University of São Paulo (OIC / IEA / USP); Research Assistant at FGV Direito Rio; Academic Reviewer and Reviewer.
